These services are accessible both virtually for individuals throughout British Columbia and in-person for those residing in the Sea to Sky Corridor. In-person sessions are available at two convenient locations: Peak Experience Counselling on Tantalus Rd and the Squamish Counselling Collective on Second Avenue.

I work with individuals aged 18 and older, including youth and elders, providing support in understanding their experiences and fostering self-awareness. Together, we co-create a safe space to explore feelings, build self-compassion, and develop personal resources for a fulfilling life. Your journey matters, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Rates.
